Our Services
At Three Cedars Advocates and Consulting, LLC, we are dedicated to representing the best interests of children and supporting families in navigating challenging situations.
Guardian ad Litem Services
As court-appointed Guardians ad Litem (GAL) in Washington State, we advocate for children’s well-being in legal proceedings. We conduct thorough investigations, report findings to the court, and recommend outcomes that prioritize the child’s safety and stability.
Special Education Advocacy
We provide nationwide advocacy to help families navigate complex educational systems. Guided by our values of empowerment, strengths-based approaches, and the belief that every student can learn, we ensure students receive the support they need. In addition to supporting all children with disabilities, we specialize in supporting autistic children with a PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance) profile. We strive to safeguard children’s educational rights under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) to secure a Free Appropriate Public Education (FAPE). Through advocacy, consulting, and coaching, we empower families to achieve better educational outcomes.
Parenting time implementation support
We provide structured support to families navigating parenting time challenges—especially in high-conflict or post-litigation situations—without the formality or authority of a court-appointed Parent Coordinator.
Our Parenting Time Implementation Support service is designed for parents who want to reduce conflict, improve communication, and stay aligned with their parenting plans, but who may not qualify for or need a formal Parent Coordinator. With a child-centered, trauma-informed approach, we help clarify expectations, troubleshoot recurring issues, and keep children out of the middle.
